Carina loves her job as a stylist and she strives to make every client feel confident as they walk out of Salon Leo. As a result, you can see her many happy clients all over town. Carina began her career in San Diego upon completing training at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis in 2004. Tacoma has been her home since 2011 and she feels lucky to be part of this amazing community.

Lindsay loves being able to connect with a wide range of incredible people through her work and is happy to see her clients looking and feeling great after their experience with her. Lindsay graduated from Gene Juarez Academy and she's been providing high quality cuts and color in Tacoma since 2007. Her advanced training and natural ability have earned her a devoted clientele.

Theresa has been in the beauty industry since 2012.  Her journey in this field has led her to become a Balayage Specialist and much more. Having a great eye for angles and details and staying up to date with all the latest beauty trends are Theresa’s strengths. If you are in need of a change, just ask, she is a strong visionary when it comes to style change, color transitions and corrective colors.
